E-2 INVESTMENT VISA / TREATY INVESTOR
Are you:
If so, you may qualify for an E-2 Investor Visa.
The US has many treaties that allow an individual to enter and work inside of the US based on an investment s/he will control while there. This visa must be renewed every other year, but there is no limit to how many times one can renew. There is no specific amount that must be invested, it must just be "substantial." Normally it need only exceed $50,000, depending on the type of business (new or existing) ... although a lesser amount might also work.
